Blane and Susan Barksdale are wanted for the murder of an elderly Vietnam Veteran, Frank Bligh

According to the Mercury News, The couple escaped custody in late August as they were being extradited on charges of arson, burglary and murder in connection with the death of a Vietnam veteran in Tuscon, Arizona. They used a medical emergency to get the guards to pull over and then threw them in the back of the van, Gonzales said.

It is alleged they received assistance while on the run from white supremist groups. They were
captured and returned to Arizona.

These two are a nightmare! In total, they are charged with murder, arson, and theft.

They are taking their cases to trial and subsequently have not been sentenced and processed. When they are, we will update this page to include their addresses.

David Paulson and Meaghan Rice

David Paulson and Meaghan Rice were both convicted of killing fellow teen, Randall Davis-Mercier. All three were from Apache Junction. Meaghan and Randall had dated triggering extreme jealousy in Paulson. They lured the young man to his death and stabbed him over twenty times. Meaghan actively encouraged the two men to fight over her, not realizing that one of them would end up dead.

David Paulson was convicted after a trial of first-degree murder and sentenced to life. Meaghan Rice was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to twelve and one half years in prison.

 Since being in prison, David has had no violations of rules or administrative action taken against him. He has worked steadily since being incarcerated.
