Ericka and Amariyona Hall

Ericka Hall, 32, was found bloody outside the family home just before midnight. Her daughters, aged 12 and 14 have been accused of stabbing and shooting her to death in Magnolia Mississippi. Ericka was the mother of four in total, ages 16, 14, 12, and 1.  Under Mississippi law, children 13 and older accused of certain crimes are automatically charged as adults. This means the accused 14 year old, Amariyona Hall will be charged as an adult. The future of the 12 year old is unclear at this time.

Neither girl attended her funeral. Five days before the murder, her daughters had tried to run her over with the family car for retaliation for taking their cell phones as a punishment. Erica worked nights to support her family at a local factory. She was actively seeking help with her daughters who refused to attend school or follow house rules.

Both girls were released from jail to the custody of their father, Eddie Isaac. There have been allegations of abuse from Ericka, however, if he had been a father actively participating in their lives, wouldn't he be aware of that and have done something about it? There are no official reports of abuse.

At the hearing, Chief Investigator Chris Bell also testified that the girls confessed to planning the killing in advance, faking a knock at the front door to lure Ericka Hall from her bedroom. The 14-year-old told Bell that she stabbed Ericka Hall, then her sister shot her, and the 14-year-old stabbed her again.

There is no way to contact these children because they are children, and they are no longer in state custody. God bless the next person that punishes them.
